fa سلامت معنوی در تعارض "عدالت و بیماری" با تاکید بر بیماران صعب العلاج (از منظر شهید مطهری) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مسئله تحقیق</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">گسترش بیماری خصوصا بیماری&shy;های صعب العلاج منجر به بروز تعارضات معنوی نوپدیدی درمیان بیماران و خانواده&shy;ها گشته است</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. </span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">دراین بین، مساله &laquo;عدالت&raquo; در ایجاد این تعارضات نقش به&shy;سزایی دارد. بررسی این مقوله در قالب سوالاتی ازقبیل &laquo; چرا من؟ چرا خدا با من؟ چرا اکنون؟ چرا کودک من؟&raquo; در حوزه سلامت معنوی نمود گسترده&shy;ای دارد</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. </span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی مقاله کیفی و از نوع توصیفی-اکتشافی-تحلیلی است که پس از ارتباط&shy;گیری با بیماران و استخراج باورهای آنها در زمینه &laquo;عدالت&raquo;، پاسخ&shy;هایی به روش تحلیلی فلسفی ارائه شده است</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. </span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته&shy;ها</span></span></span>: <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مهم&shy;ترین پاسخ، عبارت است از اینکه طبق نظام اسباب و مسببات، هر معلولی تنها از طریق علت خود موجود می&shy;شود و هیچ معلولی از این قاعده مستثنا نیست پس سیر حادث شدن بیماری نیز مشمول آن خواهدبود</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. </span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تجارب بالینی گسترده نگارندگان در ارتباط با بیماران صعب العلاج گویای اقناع جامع و در نتیجه گذار از ناراحتی معنوی و تحقق راستین سلامت معنوی گروه هدف است</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span><br> &nbsp; The Research Issue: The spread of disease, especially hardly curable diseases, has led to the emergence of emerging spiritual conflicts between patients and families. Meanwhile, the issue of &quot;justice&quot; plays an important role in creating these conflicts. Examine this topic in the form of questions such as &quot;Why I? Why does God do this with me? Why now? &quot;Why my child?&quot; is of a widespread appearance in the field of spiritual health. The method of reviewing the article is qualitative of descriptive-exploratory-analytical. After communicating with patients and extracting their beliefs in the field of &quot;justice&quot;, answers are provided by a philosophical analytical method. Results: The most important answer is that according to the system of causes, each disability exists only through its cause and no disability is an exception to this rule, so the course of the disease will also be included.
