fa بررسی تطبیقی دیدگاه فریقین در باره مشروعیت قیام علیه حاکمان جور تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">دیدگاه شیعه و اهل سنت راجع به قیام‌های مردمی علیه حاکم جائر متفاوت و گاهی درمقابل هم قرار دارد. این اختلافات در تفاوت مبانی کلامی ایشان درخصوص خلافت ریشه دارد. بی شک توجیه شدن مسلمانان نسبت به این موضوع از عوامل عزت، اقتدار و نیز انسجام جامعه اسلامی است. دراین تحقیق باروش توصیفی تحلیلی سعی بر این است که ضمن تبیین دیدگاه‌ها و ادله اندیشمندان شیعه و اهل سنت پیرامون مشروعیت حکومت، نظرات آنان راجع به قیام‌های مردمی علیه حاکم جائر مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که بیشتراندیشمندان اهل سنت با تمسک به روایات وارده، قهر و غلبه را یکی از راه‌های مشروعیت حکومت دانسته و به همین دلیل قیام مردمی علیه حاکم جائر را جایز نمی‌دانند. در مقابل،اندیشمندان شیعه با استناد به آیات و روایات، ایستادگی در برابر حاکم ظالم و قیام علیه او را از مصادیق امر به معروف و نهی از منکر دانسته و در نتیجه، قیام در برابر حاکم جائر را نه تنها جایز، بلکه واجب می‌دانند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <h1 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify; margin-top:8px"></h1> <br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:13.5pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The views of Shiites and Sunnis on popular uprisings against tyrannical rulers are different and sometimes opposite. These differences are rooted in the differences in their theological foundations regarding the caliphate. Undoubtedly, the justification of Muslims on this issue is one of the factors of honor, authority, and the cohesion of the Islamic society. In this descriptive-analytical study, an attempt is made to explain the views and arguments of Shiite and Sunni scholars on the legitimacy of the government, as well as to examine their views on popular uprisings against tyrannical rulers. The findings of the study show that most Sunni scholars, relying on the narrations, consider force and domination as one of the ways to legitimize the government, and for this reason, they do not consider popular uprisings against tyrannical rulers permissible.
