fa رابطه توحید در حاکمیت، با ولایت بشری کلام جدید کلام جدید پژوهشي Research <h1 dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.5pt;">یکی از مراتب توحید افعالی، توحید در حاکمیت است. با رجوع به مباحث عقلی حکمای متقدم، علی‌الخصوص حکمای اسلامی تعاریف نزدیک به هم از حکومت بشری و انواع آن به چشم می‌خورد. هدف از نگارش این مقاله تحلیل و بررسی رابطه این دو عنوان از منظر فلسفه وکلام اسلامی و ارائه تعریفی دقیق از رابطه حقیقی و اعتباری (مجازی) بین توحید در حاکمیت باولایت (حکومت) بشری است.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.5pt;">در این مقاله به تفصیلِ جایگاه توحید در حاکمیت با استخراج از منابع فلسفه و کلام اسلامی پرداختیم و مسلمات اعتقادی در کلام اسلامی را بررسی نمودیم؛ لذا مفهوم واقعی حکومت بشری را این‌گونه به دست آوردیم که رابطه اصیل حکومت و ولایت بشری در طول توحید در حاکمیت بوده و یک رابطه مستقیم و اصیل است و حاکم بشری اگر همان حاکمی باشد که واجب تعالی تعیین کرده است، حکومت بشری بالاصاله، مطابق با واقع و در طول آن قرار دارد. درغیر این صورت حکومتی، غیر مطابق با واقع و کاذب است. به‌طور کلی این مقاله مشخص می&shy;نماید که حکومت بشری یکی از شئونات توحید در حاکمیت و از لوازم موحّد بودن به این مقوله است.</span></span></h1> One part of the monotheism of actions is monotheism in sovereignty. Referring to the rational discussions of the early scholars, especially Islamic scholars, there are close definitions of human rule and its types. The purpose of this article is to analyze the relationship between these two titles as understandable of the Islamic philosophy and theology and to provide a precise definition of the true and virtual relationship between monotheism in the sovereignty of human beings. In this article, relying on the sources of philosophy and Islamic theology,&nbsp; we studied the status of monotheism in sovereignty and examined the religious basic beliefs in Islamic theology. As understood in the study, the true meaning of a human rule leads us to the fact that the essntial relation of rule with the human guardianship in Islamic theology has based on the monotheism in sovereignty. Such a relation is foundamental and direct; and if the human ruler be the one whom God has chosen, such a humanist rule would be its consequent and reflection. Otherwise, the rule would not be lawful.
