Amr bin al-amrin is a practical doctrine that was expressed by the Shia imams (peace be upon them) for the correct relationship of actions to God and creatures, but due to the prevalence of the verbal conflict of compulsion and delegation in the early centuries of Islam, it was limited to the solution of determinism and delegation. This research, with descriptive analytical method, has tried to apply the inter-ordinary matter in the field of divine creation.
Creation means a part of existence and creation from non-existence is specific to God, but the creation of an object from another object and the combination of parts to form a new form is correct in the case of possibilities based on divine permission, and in the field of divine creation, it means that in the actions of creatures, it is not such that only God is the creator and the creatures have no effect, and not only the creatures, but the effect of each is accepted with three interpretations: length, number, height, and manifestation.
