Abstract:   (304 Views)
Seyyid Kamal Heydari, referring to the epistemological foundations proposed in Western philosophy, considers it impossible to reach the truth and, with the help of Quranic and narrational references within the religion, the fatwas of scholars, and the rules of jurisprudential principles, issues a fatwa on the permissibility of worshiping in line with every divine and human religions, and considers the legitimacy of religious pluralism to be in line with religious propositions. He believes that religious pluralism relies on sixteen narrations. The present article examines his narrational references using a library method with the aim of determining to what extent they can strengthen his theoretical foundations. The findings of the preceding article reveal that the mentioned narrations may not be taken as supporting Seyyid Kamal Heydari's view, and the semantic direction of the narrations that he used to confirm his view does not correspond to his intention. Because the contents of the narrations are merely obligatory and their contents are not such that they also carry with them the legitimacy of knowledge.
